For October, I'm going to endeavour to practice a small act of kindness every day. My long-suffering family - Ben and the boys - have been uber-patient with me during the career change, the book, and everything else that has gone alongside it, and I think it's time I repaid them. I won't blog every single one, but I'll report back every now and again, certainly before the month is out.
